Every divorce does not have to end up in litigation. In my experience parties who can work together to craft an agreement are often more content with the outcomes of their cases. I prepare client for and attend ADR sessions with clients to provide legal guidance while they make decisions on very emotional issues. If you have amicable circumstances, you may want to consider an alternative form of dispute resolution. ADR can save time and money and the stress of going to court. I can discuss your circumstances with you to see if ADR or mediation is right for you.
